Sending parcels

If you are a new user, please create an account with us first. Returning users please login to our GDH portal. Once logged in, choose your package type, destination, and other details.
With a GDH account, you will enjoy frequent special prices and discounts, with the added option to pay monthly (for frequent shippers only).
Yes you can. However, you will not have the shipment tracking record once the parcel has been delivered. We recommend that you create a GDH account to enjoy special prices and discounts, with the opportunity to pay monthly.
Any shipment weighing > 300KG, or with a dimension of Length>300cm or Height>160cm requires pre-approval from GDH and additional charges apply.
We only deliver to places listed in our system. For any other locations, please contact us to discuss.
We prefer that you drop-off your parcels at our office. Parcel collection can be arranged at a fee, depending on the number of parcels and weight. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Parcel delivery, tracking, and loss/damage
Yes. Your parcel is tracked from the point of drop-off at our office to delivery. Please use our tracking system to trace your parcel.
If you have a GDH account, your shipment details will be listed. If you do not have a GDH account, please contact us with the identity card number used to register shipment.

Yes. Please contact us to make arrangements. However, we only attempt redeliveries two (2) times. After which, we require that you collect your parcels from our office.
Yes. We have a record of every collection, sender and recipient details, including package delivery date, time, and place. Please contact us for help.
We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive insurance package for your valuable shipment in the unlikely event of physical damage or loss. See insurance information in the Payment, Charges & Insurance section below.

Payment, Charges & Insurance
  • You can pay by cash, credit card, online bank transfer, or cheque.
  • If you courier frequently, we recommend that you create a GDH account to enjoy the opportunity to pay with a monthly invoice.
  • All pricing is automated in our courier system. You just need to choose your desired item type, weight, delivery area, etc, and the price will be listed according to your selection.
    No. There are no extra or hidden charges. All charges are listed in the system.
    We support all the latest web browsers. Please ensure you turn-off pop-up blockers in your browser settings.
  • Yes. Most goods are insured by us when we pick them up. There are a few exceptions such as jewellery, cash, white goods, antiques/works of art, and live creatures. If your goods are unusually valuable, we may need to extend our coverage. It is important to let us know before booking. If you are in doubt, contact us.
  • To protect your valuable shipment in the unlikely event of physical damage or loss, we recommend that you purchase a comprehensive insurance package, at the following rate: MYR 53.00 for item value of MYR 5000 and above, OR 1% of shipment value, + GST.
